SecureSense

SecureSense

SecureSense is an adaptable and comprehensive cybersecurity awareness training service designed in collaboration with you and entirely personalisable to the needs of your organisation. Whether you require the most comprehensive training regimen or are new to the space, SecureSense takes into account your pre-existing organisational structure and staff expertise to deliver personalised training for your staff.

Flexibility

SecureSense is designed to be entirely modular to service large organisations all the way to small enterprises. Our training program and services are entirely scalable across team sizes, locations and risk appetites.

Adaptability

At SecureSense, we do not believe in a standard solution for cyber security awareness. We take pride in catering to the needs of your organisation and your staff. Therefore, we take into account the regulatory requirements of your organisation, the knowledge and skills required by staff to perform their roles safely and the pre-existing knowledge of your staff.

Insight

At SecureSense, we believe training is an iterative process. Therefore we measure the effectiveness of our training and allow your organisation to gain valuable insight into the cyber security readiness of your staff. It also informs the future training needs of our clients and gives valuable insight into what to focus on and improve.

Accountability

Accountability is at the core of improvement and reducing mistakes. SecureSense offers a flexible and integrated solution to track staff performance on cyber security awareness skills. In order to act on these findings, intervention advice is offered, in relation to organisational circumstances, to improve cyber security awareness and organisation cyber security postures.

Our Process

Our training methodology is an iterative process that seeks to deliver the best personalised training that your organisation needs.

With an initial discovery and planning phase and then through a continual cycle of training, testing, intervention and reinforcement, it allows us to provide your organisation:

  • Flexibility and adaptability to provide personalised training to your staff
  • An iterative training program that adapts to changes in organisation or threat landscape
  • Insight into potential weak points

I. Plan

We begin with a discovery of client requirements and circumstances in order to devise a starting action plan. This will include gathering information about their organisation and background of their staff to discover any focus areas and deliver greatly personalised training.

II. Educate

After planning, we begin training in accordance with client needs. The training will be personalised in regards to client requirements and staff and can be in many forms including

in-person classes and group activities.

III. Testing

We measure the efficacy of our training with both regular and irregular testing. These include but are not limited to knowledge based questionnaires and comprehensive live phishing tests catered to the normal business activities of the client.

IV. Intervene

Clients are encouraged to intervene to stimulate engagement and retention with training. Depending on client needs, these may come in the form of rewards for exemplary performance in testing or warnings for those falling behind.

V. Reinforce

We regularly perform reinforcement of learned knowledge to ensure cybersecurity awareness is kept fresh and top of mind. These may come in the form of, but are not limited to, information bulletins, videos or case studies.
